Ingredients

Instructions

Sear the chicken
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper and sear until golden on both sides. Remove and set aside.

Build the sauce
In the same pan, add garlic and cook briefly until fragrant. Deglaze with chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits.
