Creamy Lemon Turmeric Chicken

Ingredients

  • Boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs

  • Extra virgin olive oil

  • Garlic, minced

  • Chicken broth (low sodium)

  • Leemu Lemon Turmeric Sauce

  • Cream, half-and-half, or dairy-free cream

  • Butter (optional, for extra richness)

  • Fresh parsley or basil, chopped (for garnish)

  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Sear the chicken
    Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper and sear until golden on both sides. Remove and set aside.
     

  2. Build the sauce
    In the same pan, add garlic and cook briefly until fragrant. Deglaze with chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits.
     

  3. Make it creamy
    Stir in Leemu Lemon Turmeric Sauce and cream. Simmer gently until the sauce is smooth and slightly thickened.

    4. Finish & serve

Return chicken to the pan and simmer until cooked through and coated in sauce. Garnish with herbs and serve warm.

Chef Notes

  • For a lighter version, use coconut milk or cashew cream

  • Serve with rice, roasted vegetables, or pasta

  • Add spinach or asparagus at the end for a one-pan meal
