Golden Turmeric Cauliflower Tacos

(fried- oven roasted- air fried)

These tacos are proof that cauliflower can steal the spotlight. Roasted until golden and crispy with warm turmeric and spices, each bite is bold, crunchy, and seriously satisfying. Tucked into warm tortillas or piled high with fresh toppings, they’re easygoing and endlessly craveable.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into small florets

  • 3 tbsp Coriander Turmeric Super Sauce

  • 1½–2 tbsp panko breadcrumbs
    (or crushed oats or 2 tsp rice flour)

  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

For serving (optional):
Warm tortillas, raita or yogurt sauce, chutney, fresh herbs, lemon wedges

Instructions

1. Prep the cauliflower
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place cauliflower florets in a large bowl.

2. Sauce & coat
Add Coriander Turmeric Super Sauce to the cauliflower and toss until evenly coated. Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the florets, season lightly with salt and pepper, and toss again.

3. Roast
Spread cauliflower in a single layer on the baking sheet. Roast for 20 minutes, then reduce oven temperature to 400°F (205°C). Toss the cauliflower or rotate the pan and roast for another 10–15 minutes, until golden and crisp at the edges.

4. Serve
Serve hot and crispy. Enjoy in warm tortillas, piled into bowls, or as a snack with dips on the side. Finish with fresh herbs or a squeeze of lemon if desired.
