Ingredients

  • 2 lb bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

  • ¾ cup Pepper Turmeric Sauce

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • ½ tsp salt (only if needed—sauce already seasoned)

  • Fresh cracked black pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat grill
Heat grill to medium (375–400°F) with two zones (direct + indirect).
 

2. Season & sear
Lightly coat chicken with olive oil, salt (if needed), and pepper.
Place skin-side down over direct heat and grill 4–5 minutes until skin is crisp.
 

3. Glaze
Flip chicken, move to indirect heat, and brush generously with Pepper Turmeric Sauce.
 

4. Finish
Cover and cook 15–20 minutes, brushing once more near the end, until internal temp hits 165°F.
 

5. Rest
Remove and rest 5 minutes. Finish with an extra spoon of warm sauce on top.
