Ingredients
-
Pasta of choice (rigatoni, penne, or spaghetti)
-
Olive oil
-
1 small onion or shallot, finely chopped
-
2 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 lb ground beef, ground turkey, or sausage (casings removed)
-
Pepper turmeric sauce
-
¼–½ cup reserved pasta water
-
Salt, to taste
-
Black pepper (optional)
-
Red pepper flakes (optional)
-
Fresh herbs for garnish (parsley, basil, or cilantro)
-
Grated parmesan or dairy-free alternative (optional)

Instructions
1. Prep the salmon
Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place salmon fillets on the sheet and pat dry. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
2. Build the citrus crust
In a small bowl, mix Lemon Turmeric Basil Super Sauce with olive oil and lemon zest. Spoon the mixture evenly over each salmon fillet, gently spreading it across the top.
3. Bake
Bake uncovered for 12–15 minutes, until salmon is just cooked through and flakes easily. For a crispier top, broil for the last 1–2 minutes, watching closely.
4. Serve
Remove from oven and let rest for a minute. Serve warm with your favorite grain and veggies, or keep it simple with a fresh salad on the side.
