Ingredients

  • 2 lb skinless chicken thighs 

  • ¾ cup Creamy Turmeric SuperSauce  

  • 1 tbsp olive oil  

  • ½ tsp salt (optional, to taste)  

  • Fresh cracked black pepper

Instructions

Simple Instructions

  1. Preheat grill : Heat grill to medium (375–400°F). Lightly oil grates.

  2. Season chicken : Toss chicken thighs with olive oil, salt (if needed), and black pepper.

  3. Grill & glaze : Place thighs on the grill and cook 5–6 minutes per side.  Brush generously with Coriander Turmeric Sauce during the last few minutes, turning once to lightly caramelize.

  4. Finish & rest : Remove when internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let rest 5 minutes.

  5. Serve : Finish with an extra spoon of sauce and serve hot.
